Making this change will allow you to fill up on healthy foods and will leave little room for unhealthy choices.
- Low fat.
Veggies and fruits are naturally low in fat. By consuming low-fat foods, you reduce your risk for heart disease and stroke, keep your cholesterol levels in check and maintain a healthy weight.
