CDC urges rapid antiviral treatment of very ill and high suspect influenza patients

Flu season is here

Health Advisory
Velocity Care Urgent Treatment Center received a Center for Disease Control health advisory regarding severe influenza illnesses reported.

The CDC recommends that individuals who did not receive the vaccine this season get vaccinated against influenza immediately.

Velocity Care has flu vaccines available for adults and children at all of our clinic locations, which are open Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. and on Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Visit here to find the nearest Velocity Care walk-in urgent care clinic to you.
