How long will I have to wait?

Velocity Care values your time

Time is on your sideWhen you or your family needs urgent treatment, time is of the essence. Velocity Care Urgent Treatment Centers keep wait periods short by having emergency doctors on staff at all times.

We have ER doctors without the ER wait.

When you visit one of our walk-in clinics, you will:

  • Be greeted by our friendly receptionist.
  • Fill out patient intake forms.
  • Provide your driver's license and insurance card.
  • Have a comfortable chair to sit in.
  • Be called back and treated quickly.

One way to cut your wait time is to print out the patient intake forms and fill them out before you arrive. Simply hand these forms to the receptionist when you check in.

Generally the wait is less than 20 minutes, and your entire visit should take less than an hour. Our walk-in clinics are open seven days a week to ensure you receive the treatment you need in a timely manner.

We want to make health care easier and more readily available for you and your family. Visit a Velocity Care walk-in clinic near you for urgent treatment without the long wait.

Uninsured patients benefit from saving money with the Value Card.
