Sinus Infections

Sinusitis is an inflammation of the tissues lining the sinuses. Normal sinuses are filled with air. Infections arise when sinuses become blocked and filled with fluid. Sinus infections can last 2-4 weeks.

There are some home remedies you can do to help alleviate the symptoms. Warm compresses can help to ease the pain. Saline spray helps to flush the sinuses and an over the counter decongestant may help.
