Velocity Care welcomed Aaron Chauvin to our team in November 2010. He joined us after working in Emergency Medicine at both the LSUHSC Emergency Department /Trauma Center and the Schumpert St. Mary Emergency Department.
Aaron achieved his Masters in Physician Assistant Studies in 2002 from the University of Nebraska. Aaron completed his undergraduate degree in Physician Assistant studies at LSU in 1996. He has worked in the Emergency Room setting for a total of 12 years. Aaron has also worked in general surgery and was a clinical educator and coordinator for the LSUHSC Physician Assistant program.
Aaron is married with 2 children. He enjoys all outdoor activities and is an avid fisherman and sports fan.
