Velocity Care would like to welcome Amanda Hooper to our team. Amanda completed her externship with Velocity Care in May 2010. She has worked as a registered nurse at Christus Schumpert since 2007 before receiving her Master of Science in Nursing in 2010. Amanda graduated from Northwestern State University. She specialized in Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine during her clinical rotations.
Born and raised in Shreveport, she is married to David Hooper. She enjoys shopping, spending time at the lake and traveling.
