Rivia Health is a pre-collections vendor that assists with notifying and collecting open balances for patients after their insurance has paid. Our physicians’ practices are partnered with Rivia Health to provide a fast, easy way for patients to pay their bills online. When a balance for a copay or provider visit is available, patients will receive a text and email with a payment link, allowing them to verify their identity, submit a payment, or set up a payment plan. Rivia Health is HIPAA-compliant and maintains the highest security standards to protect patients.
This is not for hospital claims and is specific to the Physician Practices. Rivia Health will only assist with claims originating from the clinics, not the hospital.
